A funny little thing.
As I was sitting in my bedroom tonight, reflecting on my day chock full of nothing, I began to think about my Davey. No suprise there, but I began to think farther back then missing him...
I sit here now with no pants on (the same way I took out the trash) to bring to you a revelation. I fall in love with those who can easily grasp attention, usually through humor. Take for example my first ex. I went after him because he was the class clown. Now, regardlesss, he was an ass among other things, but I was inexperienced and just kinda went with my gut.
Then Jerin, who everyone knew because of his charisma. He was indeed funny, and rather loving. A rounded out less ass-ish version of someone tolerable. Remember when he went 'swimming in the puddle in my driveway'? Hm, I sorta miss him. Moving on.
Tom? I never dated him, but I wanted to. Look at him, a Zim-obsessed music-driven crazy man. He would ALWAYS make me giggle. We had the similar intrests and jesus, was that man ever cynical.
Matty, with his ridiculous british humor. Concentrating more in the art of perversion, but nonetheless, funny. This kid really had a way with words. I think that's really stuck with me.
More recently, Rico. He picked me up and threatened to throw me off his balcony because I was afraid of the lightning while everyone else was busting a gut in laughter. Rico always makes people laugh. Again, note the humor.
Now, Dave. This kid is the peak of hilarious. I'm almost always smiling when I'm around him. And don't take him outside, oh man. He went into a department store with 3 red plastic Christmas balls and started juggling them (poorly) in front of a crowd of girls. After he'd dropped them all, he held out his hand as if he were asking for money. This is just an isolated incident, but shit like this happens almost ALL the time he's in public. Now, given, he's got a bit of a temper, but one extreme has to equal out the other, I guess.
What is it that I liked about these people? I guess it'll really take more in-depth analyzing of what initially drew my attention, and eventually, heartstrings to play for these guys.
