Call me guilty and jail-worthy, but I download movies. Praise aXXo for his rips.
I don't download just to download though. Hell, I'll only keep a movie if I like it and I'll even go buy the DVD if it's really well done. For example.
Alex tells me one day that The Mist is a really cool movie. Instead of blowing $8 and dragging someone else out, I downloaded a shitty cam version and watched it alone one night. It was great. Now, when the DVD comes out, I'll be down at Wal-Mart with my $20 picking up the DVD.
Without illegally watching it first, I'd never want to buy the DVD.
